It seems the fake conservationists have devised a method of faking
ancient woodlands.
Step 1. Look up an old map to see if a woodland existed at a
particular place prior to 1600 in England and Wales. or 1750 in
Scotland
Step 2. Visit the site to see if there's any trees on it and them
assume for one's own ...
