how do i make a complaint about an umbrella company if they dont have
a complaints procedure set up on their web site.
The company in question is crest plus, yes im name dropping them as i
would NOT recomend them to anyone whising to use an umbrella.

'Synergi Global Solutions', registered number 215945.
I cannot see anything using Web Check from Companies House,

use, and what rates do they charge?
It seems most companies are not transparent about their admin fees,
