I think this has been discussed in the past. I bought some manufactured rosti a few days ago that should have been cooked in the oven. I ended up doing them on a cast iron griddle pan to crisp them up. It crossed my mind, that since it is such a simple thing to make, to ask how you do it. Dave ...
