the contest for raising ovarian cancer awareness. My recipe was
extraordinarily simple, but very useful piquante olive spread. So I won an
autographed copy of Gina de Palma's book of Italian desserts she developed
for Babbo, a top NY restaurant. (Desserts are my weak point, because I
don't love them.)

Freezing cooked rice- dangerous?

The topic of freezing cooked rice came up today in a discussion in the
staffroom today and a colleague said freezing cooked rice was dangerous do
to "some chemical".
I'd not heard of this before, has anyone on the newsgroup any idea if this
is correct?
