Dinner tonight

Inspired by the somewhat cloying "Tyler's Ultimate" American show where he
tries to make a meal out of a mixture of international cuisines, I am doing
a colcannon tonight with a large amount of butter, potatoes, cabbage,
spring onions and some well-boiled off-cuts of bacon shredded up and mixed

cheese from Borough yesterday.
loverly truffle cheese from Mario Prati* (tartufaia) and the one of the
title, the seller wrote the name of the paper but i cant find any
references to it, so probably a typo, any ideas? Its like an ultra thin
brie.

Did anyone watch the prog last night? I happened to put it on by
accident. If Mike watched it, he will know that the Crooked Billet was
mentioned several times. IIRC that is a very old pub - was there when I
lived in Greenhithe almost 40 years ago.
