Daily Mail recipe for Fudge?

In the Daily Mail some days ago they printed a recipe for Fudge, and it
started with 2 tbsp butter, now how much is 2 tbsp of butter, how do you
measure that?
It would have been better if they had used the weight.

What with the clocks going back and all that I thought I'd try my hand
at pickling (vegetables, not myself). The local farmers' market does a
great (if somewhat overpriced) "bread and butter pickle" which I've

Christmas pudding

In the next week, I hope to make ours. Once it's made, cooked and
stored etc., has anyone micro-waved a home made one on Christmas Day,
rather than steaming it for the (apparently) mandatory 3 hours? If so
how long was it microwaved for and at what setting for size etc?
