Cooking for the two os on a Thursday is becoming a nightmare. Wife goes
out to do Beaver Scouts at 5-00pm and doesn't come back until about
9-00pm. Five o'clock is too early for me and sometime 9 o'clock is too
late, So I tend to do something that can be re warmed, like corned beef

Can anyone suggest some really good BBQ recipes as I have just entered
a competition to be Britain's Best BBQ'er 2008 and you have to cook
