I bought leeks at the weekend -but appetite and motivation was lacking because of a stinking cold so I didn't use them as intended. I'm just about to embark on a "kill or cure" curry for tonight and am wondering whether I can make use of the leeks in a side dish or something. Does anyone have any ideas? ...
