I eat (or rather have eaten) a lot of Indian/Pakistani/Bnagladeshi food - but need to cut down on cholesterol and saturated fat. Does this rule out most restaurants and is it possible to ask for foood to be cooked wihout ghee and other bad stuff? E. ...
