Hostels in Perth, Scotland?

Trying to find a cheap place to stay in Perth in April but not having much
luck finding a hostel, independent or official.
Has anybody got any suggestions or recomendations?
Anyone been to or heard of Glendevon or Wester Caputh Hostels which are each
15 miles north and south of Perth?
