Apparently, new rules to be introduced from Feb 2008 mean organisations
which use 0870 numbers will no longer be able to receive revenue share
from using these numbers, and will have to bear the full cost of calls
received.

I've recently come back from a trip to the southern parts of the Lake
District - hostelling of course! I was attending a northern regional
council meeting for YHA in Kendal. I did not stay at the YHA in Kendal
