OT - Paul Tibbets Dies

Paul Tibbets, one of only two men to pilot a plane that dropped a
nuclear bomb in anger has died. I guess he contributed to the
development of the Cold War and the subsequent interest of people here
in a small way.

Article today on the BBC ref a "Bunker" in Bradford where research on the
spread of such nasties as MRSA and C Diff is being undertaken. Is this
really in Bradford or at the Central Science Labs in Sand Hutton?

i was up in Scotland recently and visited the Anstruther bunker
museum. They were playing the UKMO film 'The Hole in the Ground' at
various points. I saw the same film at Kelvedon Hatch a few years
