Boat Houses in cliff caves.

Holidaying in Ibiza, doing the usual 'tourist stuff' and saw the usual boat
houses with slides down to the sea, then came across this one. Talking to a
local it appears it was originally a large cave which was made more useful
with a second floor and covered front. We couldn't find (not enough time)
the path ...

to be demolished.
It's been in the hands of developers for 4 years, during which time
they have let it deteriorate. They can then use the excuse that it
beyond repair.
