Today I loaded the pickup with an old broken Porter-Cable wood planer with
no motor and a small broken table saw with no motor. I'm taking it to the
scrap guy later. He'll save me a $15 load to the land fill if he will take

I just spent the last few hours working on my buddy's computer, but didn't
make much progress. The motherboard isn't recognizing the modem. Either
the modem is bad or the motherboard is bad, one or the other. I don't know
if there are any resident programs that forbid access.

After the bricks I worked on a broken computer. I formatted the hard drive
and installed windows 98 on it. The modem doesn't work and the button won't
eject the CD. It works sporadically. What can really be done with it? I
think I could get a cd burner and put it in, and another modem. It only has
