Will be spending a few days in York first week of october.
As I still have a day to spend in my planning, I would like to visit a
modeltrain shop. I do have a britrailpass so I can visit a city within
reach of a day trip.
Are there still shops were I could see, feel, run it back and forth and
puchase an N- tra ...

What is it about suppliers?
After soe very good suggestions re my last thread "bored bored bored" I
identified some kit that I'd very much like to make.
I send expo a quick email and a day later some new soldering iron bits
arive through the post - 5 star service!
I do teh same with a couple of model rail ...

The chassis on the Lima J50 and 94XX locos are pretty poor. Has anyone
tried putting the bodies on a Hornby Jinty chassis? Does they fit? ...

fussed.
Has to be rolling stock, 4mm, 00 guage, ideally something suitable for a
grouping era layout set up in the North West, cash not really an issue, one
good loco kit or a few smaller kits all affordable (at the moment ...

Have got 2 bits on the fret that cant see where to fit. First is
counerwieght other is arch shaped with hole at rounded top. Anyone know what
second bit is and where they go ?
