Yes it will reduce current draw, but not sure by how much.
The excessive vibration will be putting a lot of drag on bearings so
balancing will reduce this considerably.
60 amps sounds like a lot of current draw, but I assume this is static
reading, in flight fan will unload and current draw will reduce conside ...

I have been an RC modeller since the 1960s (strewth, as long ago as
that!!!) but we moved house in 2000 and, after the inevitable
redecorating, I never seemed to get back into RC flying again, apart
from occasionally dabbling in RC flight sims on my computer, so am

Just curious has any one seen the Hawk on Al's knocked down to ¡ê20 +
P&P, its advertised as previous price ¡ê90 but this was with fan & motor
but mine arrived without , I know there is no mention of the fan and
motor included but if its stated previous price was ¡ê90 would you not
