Mixing RC channel signals.

I'm looking into a project to make a tank drivers head move in sync
with
the direction of travel.
I've got a V-tail mixer on order but I think this just averages the
two
channels together so that 0% + 0% = 0% and 100% + 100%=100%. I'm
going
to have a play as it has several "reversing" options but I'm dubiou ...

can you prove a cc lipo charger exsists?

post here any proof that a Constant Current only charger with no voltage
control what so ever can fully charge a Li po with out going over 4.2v a
cell
or any other type of LiPo charger that does not follow the usual cc/cv cycle
I don't want to see any if buts or maybes just a simple link to a data
sheet or ...

C130 to blame?

Almost hovering in 20mph gusty winds today at about 50' with my SuperStunts
40 had a serious but fortunately not terminal glitch as an RAF C130
Hercules climbed overhead at about 1500ft.
Just coincidence, or do you know better?
