Still harvesting ...
9 Nov 2009 20:21:45 GMT
I went out to the allotment at the weekend (for the first time in

Mon, 9 Nov 2009 19:00:22 +0000

whitefly. Never seen this before is it common?

they're ready for planting. But hey, a whole new growing year to look
forward to - exc ...

My new cloches

I don't know if anyone else is drowning in those clear plastic tubs that
come filled with bird food, but I've discovered they make great free cloches
for protecting plants. I'm so glad I didn't try and cram them in my
recycling box! :~) Smug, or what?!
