New Arrival

We have a new arrival (I'll try and post pics - though some already on
facebook)
3 yr old chestnut mare - not yet backed.
Had her saddle on for the first time Thursday.
Called Kizzy. About 16.1hh and totally beautiful.

Well could have gone better. But could have gone worse!
53.17%
all 5 and 6's other than two 4's for the worst canter I've ridden in years!
we survuved the horse eating car and Letter M.
I remembered the test lol and didn't fall off or panic.
6th out of 7 - purple ...my fav volour *grin*
This wasn't bad giv ...

Well had great day out at Crowlan show.
Did my dressage in the morning.
Faith was fine in warm up and wather held. However our test left...a little
to to desired lol
All 5 and 6 other than two 4's for the worst canter I've ever ridden!!!
and of course the car and letter M were both spookable at!

Horse has mouth open when riding

Hi again,
I have another thing I've been wondering about with my new horse. I
never had to worry about these things before, and now I find that I'm
a lot more ignorant than I thought I was. :S
So my horse seems to always have her mouth at least slightly open when
riding.

Wish me luck - I've actually agreed to do a pre-lim dressage test with very
little prep! lol
tried to practice Thursday but instead ended up dealing with a fallen
teenager (who needs to learn some equine manners about jumping without
notice and with other people around) and then gave Jess a jumping lesson.
