Dan and I have been to Essex to collect an engine for Paul, the following is
my report.
Operation Kelvin went without a hitch and neither Dan or I got wet in the
river or by rain, infact its been a very nice sunny day.

Bristol & SG SEC Crank Up DATE CHANGE

If you were figuring on going to the Bristol club crank up at Frog Farm,
Coalpit Heath on Saturday (tomorrow) the day has been changed to SUNDAY
because of the very poor weather forecast for Saturday with rain & wind
forecast all day, but a lot better on Sunday.

Slightly OT - Supermarine Spitfire Haynes Manual

the Supermarine Spitfire owner manual (all models from 1936 onwards).
A fascinating read, loads of information, some excellent picures. My
Sister deserves a medal for continually picking items which I'll
enjoy, even though I would never think about buying ...
