Portland and Buckley shows

91 degrees here in Muncie yesterday (Wednesday) and excellent weather
all round so far.
Driven nearly 1000miles, the Buckley show was very good, the club owns
240 acres of permanent show ground and car parking, and has a LOT of
fixed displays, plus a full-size railroad which is free to visitors.

Gentlemen,
I use AVG Free as my anti virus, this morning it wont allow me to load
updates because A .Bin file is missing, anybody got any ideas what a .Bin
file is!

dipsticks & starting handles

As part of a job lot I've aquired a number of diesel engine dipsticks.
Most are 'anonymous', some are obviously from Listers, one or two are
labelled Ford. All but the Lister ones will probably go in the bin
before long, they are of no value to me. Let me know if you're short
of one with a rough description & dime ...

Astle Steam Park Rally & Anson Engine Museum & Old Computers

Had an hour of breezy but mild weather at Astle Park, taking pictures of the

Yesterday, I took some of the family to Crofton Pumping Station on the Plain
near Marlborough. It wasn't a bad day for October, so there were few other

If you also get OldEngine or ATIS you will have read about this subject in OZ & the USA.
If you go to Google & pick Maps then type in an address in OZ or the USA it will show you
a local map with the option "Street View"
This will then give you a picture in detail of all the local properties with the ability to mov ...
