Assuming you want maximum fat loss with minimal muscle loss what would you
recommend?
Here's one for starters: keep protein at 1g per lb of LBM [I would recommend
this as a year-round strategy, not just a dieting strategy].

This W/End I decided to stand by my philosophies and kick the fk outta
my crap diet, declining fitness and expanding waistline. So... Current
waist is a whopping 38" and I _WILL_ get it down to 34"
Starting with fitness and re-introducing some serious cardio for a
couple of weeks then easing back into the gym.
