recovery question

Hello all,
So everyone knows size and strength gains are made in recovery but what are
peoples recommendations for rest periods on terms of how the muscles feel as
opposed to a period of time.
I.e. I'm wondering if it's fine to work the same muscle group and indeed
same muscle if it still aches from a previou ...

Result of NPA mike collins & pro am heavyweight comp in Batley

I went yesterday (6/10/8) to cheer on a friend of mine.
Anyway, he won the heavyweight section. It was none other than Onion
OrangeJellyfish! Yay. Or Ogden as the compere kept saying. He's now
through to the finals in Leamington Spa in 2-3 weeks time.
