air charter

any ideas on a reasonably priced air charter from portsmouth/southampton
area to a paris airport for 25 passengers on a 1 day shopping trip, the
times would be approx 0700 out and 2359 return
this is just an idea at the moment but may prove to be non viable

Tandem Rotor Helicopter

Evening all
Hopefully this is the right place to post a question like this.
A couple of minutes ago a green helicopter with tandem rotors flew low over
my house. It looked smaller than a Chinook and the nose was squarer in
comparison as well.
I've looked on Wikipedia etc but I can't find anything even clos ...

Future airliner

On the Channel 4 news today, Easyjet was showing a model of an airliner
they want to buy in the next 8 years. It showed 2 unducted turbofans as
the power units. Are there unducted turbofans flying at the moment,
even in experimental craft?

I have been thinking about getting a pocket pc based gps navigation
tool. I have downloaded and tried PocketFMS, and admittedly was quite
impressed with it. But I find it rather hard to justify paying a 150
Euros annually (!) for a piece of software that seems to be in permanent

Made a small trip to Luton at the weekend and managed to capture a few
bits of interest:
Hawker 850XP EI-KJC, Avanti HB-LTZ and Gulfstream G450 N244DS were
