OK, it's green, the fish are alive. But the whole stonage has been ruining
my tank for ages.

Maybe I shouldn't keep fish. But they seem to be quite chilled.
I'm think ...

get totally fed up with trailing cables, heaters coming un-suckered,
wobbling and detaching uplift tubes, pipes to and from external canisters
etc so I decided to g ...

Mon, 27 Mar 2006 00:53:22 +0100
I have two original Hagen Bio-Life 55 MkIs that use the original steel
shafts that have burnt out last week, although these seem to have

long time, I've noticed on the Hagen spares available I can replace
with ceramic shaft or steel shaft powerhe ...

Migrating from undergravel to external filter
Sun, 26 Mar 2006 10:40:02 GMT
I'm migrating an old tank that currently uses an undergravel filter to
an external filter. I've had the two running in parallel for about 6
weeks now and am planning to switch off the undergravel filter shortly.
Is leaving the old plate under the gravel likely to cause any problems?
I imagine the water in the ...

22 Mar 2006 08:45:26 -0800
I am currently setting up a marine aquarium. I have been looking around

I was wondering if anyone has used the lights available here:
http://www.envirolites.co.uk/ and would they work on a marine aquarium.
Also, on Ebay there are some T5 luminaries that sell cheap ...

Online Plants

Hi all
Has anyone used www.java-plants.com and if you did, what did you think ?
I'm swithering between a 48" tank collection, or a 10 potted plant
collection.
I'd really like one of those Java Fren Coconut caves too, but they're not on
the webpage, just in the PF ads.
