Gift Aid Factsheets?

Am I going mad or have the Gift Aid factsheets have disappeared from
ScoutBase? I've got a couple of (old) prints here with FS190017 and
FS190021 on and want to get the latest copies but I can't find them (or
anything which looks like it might replace them) now!

We've spent the summer recladding the Scout Hut, and ordered replacement
windows a couple of weeks ago.
The supplier hasn't communicated with us since and I called today to find
out what was happening. "Oh, they are ready for you now."
Seems I now need to be telepathic when I'm spending money too!

Swine Flu at camp

One kid came to camp felling rough, it was swine flu. He passed it onto
another couple and now almost everybody is down with the symptoms.
Great. I am supposed to be back at work on Thursday, how good is that going
to look?

Transfers from another Group

Please can I have your wisdom about this question - a scout transfers from
another District and wants to join my Group. My DC says I must let him in
because there is a rule to that effect. I cant find any rule to this

Gas Cooker maintenance

Hi,
We've got one gas cooker out of three that are supposedly identical
that is producing far less heat than the other two. Initial thought was
that the burner might be clogged but since it's a double ring burner
and they are both low on power that feels unlikely.

GPS "Emergency Transmitters"

A few months back somebody mentioned a GPS system that can transmit its
position to somebody else. I think we were discussing it in the context of
tracking expedition teams.
I can't find the link, so would be grateful if somebody could point me in
the right direction please.
