We've taken a decision to allow a few "needy" kids to get a subsidy
for camp. We decided that it's not a free lunch so we told them we
expect them to attend and take part in a couple of fundraisers, and
also to turn up to our "service crew" events for hut painting etc.
Does that seem unreasonable to anyone?

games that puts an interesting slant on things.
GPS Golf
Choose 18(or 9 or any number) of 'holes' on a map. Stick the GPS in a
sealed envelope in a top pocket of a ruck sack ...
