FOAK - limiting a print run off a pdf file on a CD

Any way of limiting a print run off a pdf file on a CD?
A guy in Aussie wants a book off me that is going to cost a fair wodge
to post. I can supply him with a CD but don't want unlimited prints off it.
The pdf files are quite large and most mailboxes won't accept them even
if I did e-mail them to him.

MV tied up both the riders & constructors titles of the Italian
Superbike Championship yesterday, so I'd say it's a fair bet the MV
