I have been offered a rather nice 1989 Talbot Express camper van. It's a
2.0l petrol and I'm wondering about the practicalities and potential costs
in replacing that power unit - and presumably the gearbox as well - with a
diesel unit for longevity and economy. Does anyone have any thought ...

HI Can anyone offer me advice,i have a 91 hymer and the fridge as
stopped working,i noticed some smoke coming out of the side vent.by
the time i stopped to investigate to late,i guess there must have been
a small fire on the wiring.but heres the question,how do i remove the
fridge,or is it a job for the experts,wo ...

Just came back from the RSV and Motor home show at Shepton mallet,
Camped for three of the four days,
Not a bad show though not many manufactures attended and what there
were was very repetitive.

Side stalls were glorious with everything one could imagine and a lot
one could not,

Any advice on WiFi networks for UK and possibly Europe??
We arue keen motorhomers who have now retired, and intend to spend
more time on teh road, but still want to keep in touch with family and
friends.

Rusty seams

I have a 1990 VW T25 campervan. Generally the body is sound but rust
is starting to appear at the panel joins. I have used Kilrust and
re-painted the areas but it comes through. Is there a more permanent
solution? ...

Car wiring for A frame towing

I want to wire a 2003 Daihatsu Charade with a 12N socket so the rear lights
are operated when towed by my Van.
I can identify the wire colour codes for both indicators, fog light,
reversing light and stop light. So I could connect up the yellow, blue,
green and red wires from the 12n socket.

Left Dunkirk at 10:00, arrived Zurich 23:30. Stopped a few times to
