It was a coarse fishing competition filmed at a place called Barons
Court.
There was a bloke called Vic Bellars who was involved.
It was recorded about 1980 - 1985 ish.
I'm sure somebody somewhere has a copy.

Fly tying rules: in or out?

----The fly is not tied true to the accepted pattern, the proportions
are wrong, and it should be tied in sizes 10 to 20. Other than that,
