This once again calls into question juries and a justice system
composed mainly of drivers. Still, at least the vulnerable cyclist
wasn't blamed for her own death, which makes a pleasant change.
Presumably then she must have been wearing a helmet and reflective
vest and her bicycle was properly equipped with refle ...
