Im not actually a climber but thought perhaps some here might know
something about getting hold of some affordable ( for me means round 0
- ¡ê1500 ) equipment I could use to try and help heal some injuries I

Mountain Skills course in a couple of weeks in the Caringorms and am
looking to book for this Autumn season.
I have been to Nepal once before and did the standard Kala Pattar trek

Just wondered if anyone knows of a route called Lor(r)aine on Clogwyn Y
Wenallt.
I first climbed it in 1969 and cannot for the life of me remember the grade,
I guess it would be VS or below as that was the grade I climbed at in those
days. It did get better for me but I am now slowly regressing ...
