A long time ago, one could buy a wet suit kit, consisting of a sheet of neoprene material, a tin of glue, some tape, and a "how to put it together" guide. Can these still be bought? If not, where's a cheap source of wet suits? Can "smooth" rubber still be had, rather than "sharkskin"? ...
