Witter Towbar Electrics Problems

I'm having a few problems with A Witter tow bar electrics kit and hope
someone can help.
I'm fitting the kit to my 1999 Ford Focus hatchback - for simplicity I
decided to get the specific kit from Witter for this car, which from the
Witter website is their part number ZEKF0001. This plugs into the car

I have a new caravan with a permanently-fixed regulator for my propane gas
bottles.
If I run out of gas in Europe, how do I hitch up a Camping Gaz bottle?

Hi all
I have a cadac carri chef deluxe, and I think it's Brilliant. I've cooked
great chicken risotto's, paella's for 6, chinese dish's, trout and steaks,
moules mariner etc,
but has anyone roasted a whole chicken on a cadac? if so how did you do it,
and what was it like?
