Toyota Verso
Thu, 7 Feb 2008 17:06:52 -0000
Anyone tow with a Verso 2.2 diesel? According to the UK brochure the towing
limit for this car is 1100kg although the 1.8 petrol, which has lower weight
and torque is given a limit of 1300kg. Whattowcar gives the limit for the
diesel as 1300kg same as the petrol - presumably this is a figure quoted in

I've been told that your vehicle weight is defined as car + caravan and
hence we can't.
Anyone know?
Thanks,
Dave

Pass is listed as suitable for a caravan (in the list of passes and
tunnels), but on their map it is indicated as unsuitable.

If you book in advance, then the show guide is free (otherwise
GBP4).
However, you can't book the GBP7 tickets in advance, so it may be

Leisure battery questions
Sun, 3 Feb 2008 09:27:22 -0800 (PST)
Hi All,
Our outdoors club uses a 110Amh leisure battery to power a number of
laptops and other bits. We've had it maybe 3-4 years but it's probably
only used 6-7 times a year and is always recharged for each use.
I'm just doing a bit of maintanence on it and noticed a few worrying
things. Firstly, the battery v ...
