Just heard an advert on the radio from tfl about the Low Emission Zone. Said something about it affecting vehicles over 3.5 tons. Didn't catch the dates, but the point is, they are still pushing the LEZ and in that advert they mentioned, and I quote "Motorised Caravans". So looks like its all still going ahead ...
