Caravan heater

Hi
I have a Swift Duette 1999 and have used it a few times with the heating
running from the electric hook up I intend to use it running from the
battery and gas but I am unsure of the settings.
I have read the manual that came with the caravan but the instructions don't
seem to match the caravan.

Keeping battery on charge..

Is it OK to keep the caravan battery on permanent charge using the
built in charger. 2006 Abbey with what looks like an uptodate type of
setup. Battery off charge shows 12.9 - on charge starts at 14.4 then
drops to around 13.5 before disconnecting. Could permanent charge help
prevent electrolyte freezing? Thanks - ...

Heads up!
Those Auto XS battery chargers(the Ctek clones) are back in stock at
my local Aldi(¡ê12.99). I have had 2 for some time now and they are
better than any other charger I've had for keeping the 'van battery in
tip-top condition. When the 'van is not in use, one is left
permanently connected to the batt ...

Hi all ,Just got back from North Yorkshire had a lovely time. We
stayed on a CL on the York moors. The only problem we had was the
drains from the shower and wash basin on the van froze up. When you
pay the best part of ¡ê16K for a van you expect a bit of lagging ???

Breakdown Insurance in UK

Last year, in the middle of a journey, a fault occurred in the warning
buzzer that sounds when indicators are used, resulting in the offside
caravan indicator not working. Very awkward for overtaking etc.
The car is covered by Hyundai warranty and the RAC attended, identified the
fault and 'hot-wired' across ...

mobile internet pay and go type

I am after a broadband package to run on a laptop.
I would like a Pay and Go, but only pay for what I use.
Most appear to be a fixed monthly fee of about ¡ê10 ish.
Is it possible to get a internet on a cheap tarrif, I only use the internet
mostly for emails also to see what is on in the area.
Possibly would use it ...
