To Aquaroll or not?

Over many years caravanning I have used a folding trolley and a
pair of 25 litre water containers. As my trolley has just
broken, before replacing it, I am wondering if I should get an
Aquaroll instead.
As I see it, the Aquaroll is probably a little easier to drag
across a rutted field.

Folding Sack Truck

Insurance for a Community Mobile (caravan) office

A local community has bought a touring caravan to use as a mobile
community office. We need the name of a company that will insure our
caravan (public liability not needed), please. All the companies we have
contacted only insure holiday touring caravans !!
