The police are reluctant to bring charges as to quote, ' The Dangerous
Dogs Act 1991 states that it is only dangerously out of control when a
dog attacks a PERSON'.
Reading the act this seems c ...

through a red light. Details were exchanged at the time and I now
have the insurance details too. The insurers haven't admitted
liability but I think I will have no difficulty demonstrating that it
was the driver's fault.
My bicycle was destroyed ...

Mon, 15 Sep 2008 09:15:06 +0100
"A friend" who works for in the medical profession told me about a
patient who arrived for an appointment. He asked for his name, but as
he was foreign couldn't understand it, so asked him to spell it. In
response he offered his driving licence to copy it from.

Shared ownership

I don't know how many people are aware of the extraordinary case of Rebecca
Richardson being stripped of her 50% share in a shared ownership scheme. If
not, here are a couple of references:

terminating my employment immediately but saying they would pay me for
my month's notice. As part of my T&Cs I get a car allowance but they are
refusing to pay me this for the ...

Sun, 14 Sep 2008 10:25:06 +0100

Many Thanks
