Can anybody give an example of a breach of the following Acts with
regard to the investigation of a complaint against a police officer ?
And what the outcome was ?
IE - has any Police Force been challenged over using as evidence in a
Police Misconduct Hearing, a previous RESOLVED complaint to ...

Hello, new user here - would really appreciate some advice
Can you please tell me what the maximum penalty that could be imposed
for being in contravention of Section 163(3) of the Road Traffic Act
1988 i.e. failing to stop when required to do so by a constable in
uniform?
