I have recently won a case against my Local Authority at a Valuation
Tribunal after they ruled that Council Tax sought by my LA was not
lawfully due. The case had caused me much hassle and I had to take two
days off work to self-represent myself on two separate occasions

How are crimes described on CRB returns?

Ann has several (say less than five) convictions for shoplifting, the most
recent being three years ago. All times the total goods stolen were less
than ?¡ê250.
Bob has one conviction for 'public urination' from 30 years ago. (eg, the
chap from BC R4 'You and Yours')

CRB checks and LINks

Local Involvement Networks are taking over the work that used to be done
by Patient & Public Involvement forums.
Volunteers with PPI forums were CRB checked, and volunteers with LINks
have been told that they will need to be CRB checked.
PPI forum members had statutory right to "enter and inspect" certain NHS

Road/property boundary

There used to be a ditch outside my property which ran the length of the
