Hi, in the magistrates court if a defendant claims alibi and at the
close of the prosecution case they have failed to disprove the alibi
will the defence submission of 'no case to answer' be upheld?

Does one sue A in order to liquidate the debt and then chase B for
payment? or is it best to sue B alone? or both at the same time by
