the item back, I have sent the item back, and now no contact
whatsoever and no refund!

unlawful arrest, or not
Mon, 28 Jul 2008 09:50:10 +0100

It occurred at a train station.
Importantly the MOTP subsequently made a statement to the police (BTP)

Unforced entry into house by ex-partner
Sun, 27 Jul 2008 17:15:07 +0100
Foolishly I left a downstairs window open so my ex-partner's young daughter
could climb through a window.

incident, I wrote to her solicitor to insist that she only gains entry with
mutual consent ...
