kids and I have no addresses for bailiffs to visit or whatever.
He has been seen at his ex-partners property recently.
Am I able to get a court order against her to reveal his current

Hello, I was recently arrested on suspiction of common assullt and
indecent assult. Whilst still in custody the police searched my house
under section 18 and seized a computer and laptop of mine i've had for
years. they also seized my mobile phone.

Frozen bank accounts

Hi
Could anyone tell me if a bank has the legal right to freeze your
accounts if they are in credit and deny access to the funds without a
court order?
If possible is there a part of a banking act which would specify what
they are allowed to do so I can quote and use this?
