advice please: how can I explain to a court the effect this youth has been having on me?
Fri, 23 Oct 2009 11:25:09 +0100

I?m a man in his fifties who until three years ago was living quite
peacefully as a private tenant in the centre of town. Then I got the
chance of a council flat, and so moved to a council estate where, for
no reason that I?ve ever been able to figure out, I almost immediate ...

CPS failed to give the defendant a copy of his interview tape at trial
and the defence fielded a skeleton argument for an abuse of process.
The CPS then gave the defence a ROTI Summary but not a copy of the
actual tape which the defence had requested on several occasions. The
CPS asked the magistrate for 14 days ...

Wed, 21 Oct 2009 21:25:23 +0100
My parents have spent countless hours over the last 3 years sorting out

sibling has not been in a position to offer meaningful support to my
Father due to living abroad.
The sale of the property linked estate (which has caused the majority ...

Costs from car fault - worth pursuing?
Wed, 21 Oct 2009 17:15:11 +0100
I bought a new car nearly 6 months ago and after 2 months it developed a
fault with the emissions control system that caused it to use more fuel than
it should otherwise have done. [1]
The garage accept that it's faulty and accept that it will have used more
fuel as a result but it's taken far too long (IMO) to ...
