Is it possible to challenge the reasons that were put before a court
that formed the basis of a search warrant?
For obvious reasons you don't have the opportunity to challenge them
at the time an application for a warrant is being made, but can you

I nearly fell off the chair when I realised how simple the
answer is. BTW this is about logic and not the specific rules
in your jurisdiction, which is why the rule-clerks who call
themselves jurists couldn't see it.
An application for setting aside a default judgment was refused,
