I was thinking of opening a new savings account with a higher interest rate
than my present account to put my excess balance as I get paid weekly, then

Pre budget report - CGT

The Times and Sunday Times suggest that CGT will increase from 18 to
25%.
The Pre Budget Report is apparantly early December.
If they are correct on CGT, when is it likely to take effect as it
