telecommunications industry.... they are loaded with the copper network
which requires considerable maintenance because of its age, and even their
past employee liabiities are enormous in respect of their pension scheme!

I had an investment over 1.5 years.
I have just sold it and realised a capital gain.
Can I claim my capital gains allowance over two years, rather than
than just on the year in which I realised the gain? If so, please

I have always swerved clear of this, but I think that my motor trade parts
and services business may benefit from taking payment by credit card, in
these financially troubled times. Barclays, who I bank with for business,
want to set this up for me, and have offered 2 plans, one with a rake off
percentage of 1.95% ...

It seems easier to get away with multi-million pound fraud than
pinching a pack of cigs at the convenience store.
