Giving my credit card to a relative

Some young relatives are traveling around south east Asia and I would
like to give them my credit card (it has about 3K credit limit) that
they could use if they become stuck for money in some way.
If they were robbed or lost the card and it was fraudulently used,
could my bank say I was myself not taking enough ...

Advice please. I'm 56, unemployed, homeless and have no pension.
However, as of today, I have ¡ê125,000 in the bank (from sale of a
house). Should I put the whole amount into a property to live in? It
