Accounts to Companies House

I am preparing our limited company's end year accounts. In the past I
have always used accountants to do this.
I can't find anywhere on the Companies House website as to how to
submit the accounts to them.
Is it automated through the HMRC website or done separately? Or

Lump sum tax free pension

I will be retiring shortly, and will be receiving a large lump sum tax free
pension. A friend told me I will need to include this in my yearly tax
return.
I thought this was tax free so why do I need to inform the taxman? Surely

My cousin is heavily involved in voluntary work and runs a Company
Limited by Guarantee. He is a Director and filed the annual accounts
on time and then went away for a few says. When he returned home the
annual return had been returned un-filed because he had put 2007
instead on 2008 on the return. He altered it ...
